The producer of the title is the independent Polish studio Pixelated Milk, known for the classic tactical RPG Regalia: Of Men and Monarchs , which was released in 2017 on PCs and consoles. Warsaw is an attempt at a unique presentation of the realities of the Warsaw Uprising, which is hardly recognizable outside our country, which so far has not been represented in large numbers in interactive entertainment. The biggest inspiration for the creators of Warsaw was the popular dungeon-crawler Darkest Dungeon from 2016 .<br /> <br /> <strong>Story</strong><br /> Action Warsaw takes place in August and September 1944, during the 63 days of the Warsaw Uprising. During the game, we get to know the profiles of many fictional participants of the uprising, whose character and history are modeled on the characters of real insurgents. It is worth noting that fans of alternative history should not count on a heroic victory for the resistance movement. The creators do not deviate from the actual events, and our campaign efforts must ultimately fail . The aim of the game is to present the fear and hopelessness accompanying everyday combatants, as well as their attachment to the cause and loyalty to their comrades-in-arms.<br /> <br /> <strong>Gameplay</strong><br /> The gameplay in Warsaw has been divided into several segments.
