Be mindful of their numerous skillsets and flaws, as no employee will be a perfect match. Find the perfect balance between their perks and issues and assign them to the right role to create the ultimate team! Restaurant Building Use the editing mode to build your restaurant to your liking! Outdoor tables, indoor beauty, a large kitchen... decorate the restaurant to your liking and make it truly yours! Don't forget to add any essentials, however, as you'll need to dedicate enough kitchen space for your chefs, a storage area for your ingredients, and a proper dining area for your customers! Get Your Priorities Straight Use the handy priority management system present in Recipe for Disaster to tell your staff what the priorities are! Assign different levels for them to take into account whenever any situation arises to truly take control of every situation without having to micro-manage what everyone's doing actively. The Customer is Always Right You'll need to pay close attention to what your customers are saying about your restaurant — both positive and negative — as it'll be the key to growing a successful business! Find a way to work around their desires and the demands of your staff to make sure that you persevere. Be wary, however, as managing tyrannically and leniently can both lead to disastrous scenarios, so you'll need to find the perfect balance! A Matter of Taste Take full control of the menu and create wholly original recipes to run in your restaurant to add to your menu! Use the necessary ingredients in the storage area to make sure that you can cook for every needy customer and make sure that you have enough stock to go for everyone.
